Before completing an application, please take note of these general policies:

The property will next be available August 7th, 2023. Rent is $1400 per month and leases run for 12 months. Deposit is $1400. All payments are to be made via ACH transfer through the tenant portal. Smoking is not allowed. Tenant pays utilities. Property management provides landscaping & exterior maintenance. Kitchen and laundry appliances are provided. Central HVAC is provided. Maximum occupancy is three adults or two adults and two children. Pets are generally not allowed but exceptions can be made depending on the animal and circumstances. There is a one-time pet fee of $500 for approved pets. The $25 application fee will be refunded if your application is rejected before it has progressed to the credit and background check stage. Applicants will be provided a copy of the results of completed credit and background checks.
